Carter has spent over 15 years in Northern Virginia, attending Oakton High School and later completing his bachelor's degree at George Mason University.  After graduating from George Mason, he began his career in the mortgage industry.  Carter lives in Arlington, VA.  Thad grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Finance.  After living in Atlanta, GA, for several years, he returned to Northern Virginia in 2005.  Thad currently resides in Arlington, VA, with his wife Lisa.  Together, Carter and Thad have a combined 10+ years of experience in the industry, and collectively they have helped over 1,200 clients secure home financing.  Carter and Thad specialize in all aspects of home financing, including but not limited to:
